Fitness-For-Duty Evaluations

If a supervisor determines through observation and interaction that an employee may not be physically fit to perform his or her job, the employee may be evaluated at DMH Corporate Health by one of our physicians. The physician will determine if additional testing is necessary.

A Fitness for Duty Evaluation may include, but is not limited to:

• Fitness for Duty Exam
• Drug Screen (including confirmation if needed)
• Confirmatory Drug Screen (if needed)
• Breath Alcohol Testing
