INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
These charts are prepared for use on
the DMH Intranet and the DMH Internet Sites.
The Data is taken directly from the
Press Ganey Quarterly Reports.
The DMH data is the quarterly mean for
the last three quarterly periods.
The Other Hospitals Data is the quarterly mean for
all hospitals in the Press Ganey Data Base
for the last quarter period only.
For simplicity, these charts show the mean - averages -
rather than percentile ranks.
There are other internal reports at DMH that show
these percentile ranks and results may differ slightly.
These reports must be reviewed and interpreted in
the context they are presented.
Note - There are other reports used internally at DMH
that use other comparisons and data bases.
Some reports compare specific units to comparable
specific units at other hospitals.
For some inpatient reports, the comparison data base
is the hospital bedsize group 300-440.
For some ECC reports, the comparison data base
is the patient visits group 30K - 40K.
For some Ambulatory Surgery and Outpatient reports,
the comparison data base is the AHA Region 5 group.
