Completing your running program on the Super Treadmill can help you achieve increased maximum sprinting speed, anaerobic endurance, improved sprinting biomechanics and enhanced self-esteem. The Super Treadmill has a top speed of 28 mph and an incline of 40 degrees.

By using the same principles outlined in the running program and in combination with the patented Athletic Republic Hockey Treadmill, those athletes specializing in hockey can train the way they play their positions-even with their own equipment, including their skates!
