DMH Thrift Shop

DMH Thrift Shop in Decatur is closed until further notice.

The DMH Thrift Shop is owned and operated by the DMH Auxiliary and features quality merchandise, both new and used at bargain prices. The building, at 553 W. Wood St., was a gift to Decatur Memorial Hospital by Mr. and Mrs. F. Merrill Lindsay in 1991.


DMH Thrift Shop in Decatur is closed until further notice.

Proceeds from the Thrift Shop, benefit the DMH Auxiliary, which provides financial support to the hospital to purchase patient equipment and provide services for Decatur Memorial Hospital.

New items are added to our sales floor everyday.

Donations are accepted Monday, Tuesday and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Clothing left on hangers or folded in smaller boxes or shopping bags are preferred. The DMH Thrift shop accepts small appliances, but can’t accommodate donations of stoves, refrigerators or other large appliances.

Payroll deduction is available for qualified DMH employees with their employee badge.   The DMH Thrift Shop accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover debit and credit cards.
